The correspondence relates to arranging visits to Baltimore, Chicago, Toronto, during Dott's visit to the U.S.A. for the Congress of Neurological Surgeons meeting, Boston, Massachusetts, 1969. The correspondents are George B. Udvarhelyi, A. Earl Walker, Percival Bailey (refers also to Bailey's autobiography 'Up from little Egypt') and Paul Bucy.

Scope and Contents Material relating to North America and Canada, dated October 1961 as part of Norman Dott's tour of South and North America. The material consists of programme of papers given, notes etc. of visits to North American centres, and correspondence. The places mentioned are Houston; Washington and Bethesda (includes manuscript of Dott's speech at banquet); Baltimore (includes photographs); Toronto; and Montreal.
